DALLAS COWBOYS AT&T STADIUM

The Dallas Cowboys and the Jones family are known for being an innovative leader in the NFL and in the community. The partnership with Totally Green and the implementation of the ORCA organic waste management technology into the AT&T Stadium's waste disposal program has enabled the Dallas Cowboys to further expand the influence by becoming greener.

Our traditional waste disposal process was messy and time consuming but has now been transformed into a clean, beneficial and spontaneous process that our staff is proud to be a part of. This has enabled the kitchen staff at AT&T Stadium to manage food waste on site, divert waste from landfills, reduce methane gas production, reduce transportation pollution, keep the kitchen cleaner and create meaningful cost savings.

Typically, food waste disposal involves throwing out the waste and finally dumping the waste into a landfill. The whole process is instantly simplified with the ORCA machine because all we have to do is throw the food waste into the ORCA organic waste solution and it is transformed into easily disposable nutrient rich grey water. The ORCA turns food waste into grey water in 24 hours and eliminates the need for trucks to pick up our waste.

Not only did the ORCA increase our efficiency and reduce cost, but it has helped the Dallas Cowboys organization improve our environmentally friendly status in the community. Through the use of the ORCA organic waste management technology we are able to reduce the pollution and increase our sustainability efforts.

Jeff Stroud, Stadium General Manager AT&T Stadium

The ORCA is now a team player at AT&T Stadium, defending the organization from the high cost of waste disposal.

Stadium General Manager Jeff Stroud said that implementing the ORCA organic waste management technology into the AT&T Stadium's waste disposal program "has enabled the Dallas Cowboys to further expand the influence by becoming greener."

Stroud said the traditional waste disposal process at the stadium was "messy and time consuming, but has now been transformed into a clean, beneficial, and spontaneous process that our staff is proud to be a part of…..Not only did the ORCA increase our efficiency and reduce cost, but it has helped the Dallas Cowboys organization improve our environmentally friendly status in the community."
